• Final Ad Size: 9" W × 11.5" H
• Safe/Live Area: 8" W × 10.5" H

• Final Ad Size: 9" W × 6" H
• Safe/Live Area: 8" W × 5" H

Terms and Conditions

Ads must be press ready, which means that your ad must be completely ready to go to print. The ad should fit the exact size specified for the category that you have chosen. All ads received are considered proofed by you, the advertiser, prior to delivery of the ad to the Division of Education. Please make sure that you provide us with a hard-copy proof.

Sending in Your Digital Media

Ads must be submitted via email.
Ads must match the sizes specified on this page.
Ads may be emailed to ads@cogdoe.org.
Use WinZIP to compress your files if the ad contains more than one file (i.e. graphics or specific fonts) or send via DropBox.
All files need to be submitted in one of the following file formats:
Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, jpg, pdf, or tiff files. Please, either rasterize font layers or include the fonts in your ZIP. If you use InDesign, please package the file or include all links and fonts. Files done in PhotoShop should be 300 dpi.
